Some questions and answers on how you get the footy gear you need.
Q. I don't see many prices on your site. How come?
Custom apparel pricing is manufactured specifically to suit your needs. The logos required, number of colours, and quantities made all affect the cost of the manufacturing. Contact us and we'll provide a quote on your order.
Q. Where do you ship to? How much do you charge for shipping?
We currently ship everywhere in U.S.A. and Canada. We can also ship to the United Kingdom and locations in Europe.
Prices listed do not include shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of product ordered. We use Canada Post for shipping and pass along our exact cost to you (we don't charge any handling costs). If you can estimate the package weight and size of your order, you can use their Parcel Rate Calculation page to get an idea of cost (use our originating postal code of "L5E 1R9").
If it is more convenient, you can make arrangements to pick up your order from us — in which case there are no shipping costs.
Q. How do I order something?
Currently, only Sherrin Match #5 and Sherrin KB #5 footballs can be ordered online. We use PayPal for our online ordering. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and is globally trusted as a secure method of payment.
For all other orders — or if you prefer not to purchase online — please contact us by email or phone to request a quote or to make an order.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Sherrin Match #5 and Sherrin KB #5 footballs are kept in stock and can be shipped immediately. Custom apparel takes 3-4 weeks to manufacture once the artwork has been designed and approved. Shipping time depends on your location and method of delivery but usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Q. You don't seem to sell some gear I need. Can you get it?
If you're interested in getting footy gear that we don't currently provide, please contact us and let us know. We might be able to get what you need and, depending on demand, start offering it.
